In The Orchard at I Heart Faces



Memories of my youth is speckled with annual trips to the New York state apple orchards with our family.  Mostly I remember using my Dad's homemade apple picker - was made out of part of a washing machine internal piece.   Weird, huh?   Anyway, on a recent visit to Virginia we stumbled upon this small fairly new apple orchard.  The boys were so excited to pick their own apples, and I to photograph them. . . so here they are sitting in the orchard supplied wagon sorting out their self-picked apples!  (yes, there are a few apples in the wagon - two each, as we couldn't fly home with too many apples!)

  3. Adorable! I LOVE the wagon.. I have an old one that was mine growing up that I am trying o steal from my mom to use in pics LOL!! Thanks for sharing.
