Welcome!

I’m Elizabeth and I’m so happy you are here.

I am a professional photographer in Plano, Allen, Frisco, Dallas area.

Being outdoors and doing photography brings me joy in discovering new places, breathing fresh air and relaxing in nature as well as meeting sweet people like ya’ll!

An avid nature lover led me to meet my husband in an Outdoors Club where I led hikes, bike and kayak trips.  I’m a bit excited about exploring new places with my two elementary aged boys,  and capturing them on camera along the way.

My Photo Motto

Little people call her Camera Girl.

Elizabeth’s little people, two boys, call her Mommy.

She calls on her Canon, enthusiasm for the outdoors, creativity as a former toy-maker, excitement for discovery, and addiction to Starbucks coffee to guide the littles and their families on photographic adventures.   Elizabeth’s love of nature and volunteer work at a local land conservancy keep her connected to the land and always seeking new settings where she can capture the natural light, the beauty of the local fauna, and the candid and magical moments of the families she guides.

FAQ

How do your sessions go?

I love casual, outdoor fun photography capturing your children exploring their world, or your family laughing, tickling and enjoying each other in a beautiful nature setting.

My shoots are not just about me photographing you, my hope is for it to be an experience of exploring, adventuring, making memories, and fun for your family. One of the best things a dad said to me was, "this is one of the prettiest places I've ever seen in Texas, thanks for a wonderful evening" . This is what I hope for! This is what it is about for me!

How do we decide on a location?

We will work together to find the perfect spot for your children and family. Online I do keep an Eliz Alex Location Image gallery for you to peruse and let me know your favorite locations. We'll take into account sunrise, sunset and time of day!

What is the best time for a shoot?

The best time to shoot is 1 hour after sunrise or 1 hour before sunset to have the best lighting to create the most beautiful images of your family.

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit?

Once upon a time, I spent too many years to count working in the toy industry - creating, designing, product developing, photographing and marketing all kinds of toys for little boys and girls.

My favorite part by far was setting up the "model sessions" and working with children to play with our radio controlled toys or cuddle a baby doll.  We hired real child models for our sessions for print, packaging,  advertising and for commercial shoots.

This is what led me to loving photography so much!
