We were out and about this morning, searching for Indian Paintbrush flowers to photograph, (you know those pretty pink ones?). Anyhoo, we  came across the field of UNTOUCHED bluebonnets in Plano Texas.  It was the best day !  It’s been years, maybe ever,  since I’ve seen an UNTOUCHED field!  If you photograph in DFW, you know there is never a flower field that has not been crushed or did not have an indentation where someone’s client sat.

Just me in this field and the amazing bluebonnet smell.   It felt like an ocean of bluebonnets with all the little rolls and hills in the flowers.  My dream is to one day make it to Muleshoe Bend for the bluebonnets, but this little one will have to do for now!
