It’s been a year I’ve anxiously awaiting to hit this spot at just the right time, and yes WOW we did!  This is a dream setting of the forest meeting the bluebonnet beach meeting the water!  My oldest son needed some driving hours with our parent-taught driving program so we headed out to check on this little spot. We came across last year after one of his track meets, and scroll down to the images below you can see  it was no where near as full, as beautiful and as blue last year vs. this year. It was surprising to me that it was fully bloomed already!

The evening he and I were there, there wasn’t a drop of a cloud in the sky.  The sky was visually boring and I didn’t want to place a fake sky in.  One night the sky app indicated it would be a lovely sunset so I inspired one of my girl group photographers to meet me out there and off we went to capture this beautiful sunset.

What do you think? Love it?  For me, it’ll be a canvas one day soon!
